Hen Felin Reviews

Michael
Extremely quiet, out of the way but not too out of the way from places to visit and shops lovely, wellequipped cottage that's ideal for a very relaxing break. Well maintained, underfloor heating wecloming on the chillier nights. Large hottub that's private and just the ticket after a long coastal walk. Ideal for a couple looking for a quiet break away.

We had a lovely stay at Hen Felin. The cottage is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. The owners are so welcoming and happy to provide advice and suggestions about the local area. We've already recommended this cottage to friends.
Cottage was lovely. Plenty of utilities in the kitchen. Very clean. Very comfortable. Hot tub addition was very nice. King size bed would be nice addition and maybe a chest of drawers behind the door in bunkbed room. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Alison
Our stay at Hen Felin gave us the relaxing break we were in need of. A beautiful property in wonderful surroundings, so very peaceful. The owner, Sioned, was a lovely host and the cottage is such a credit to her. There are no negatives whatsoever, only that the week was over too soon! The weather was mixed during our week but we visited many lovely places and the highlight was coming back to the lovely hot tub. A fantastic week and thank you Sioned for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cottage. I'm sure we will visit again soon.
Andrew
An absolutely gorgeous property in a lovely peaceful and tranquil setting, a real credit to the owners, we can't find any faults and would certainly stay here again. We love the Llyn peninsula and have been visiting for many years, and to know we can stay here as well is the icing on the cake. Lovely caring hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much. Andy & Helen
I am torn as Hen Felin is so very special I am loathe to share it with the masses. ..but that would be selfish. This beauty of a cottage exceeds the photos. It is truly amazing...and set in a tranquil, scenic, bucolic, haven of North Wales. The adventures you choose to do are your own, and we enjoyed all we did, climbing Snowden, Portmeierion, Carmarthen, Anglesey, Llandudno and all the local towns...but we loved coming back to Hen Felin at the end of each day, for the peace, the views, the privacy & the luxurious cottage with the hot tub, we absolutely cherished our week in this very special, magical holiday cottage.
Hen Felin is such a beautiful cottage and place to stay. Everything for your comfort is provided. It is very remote but you are still local to many areas. The hot tub is an added bonus. If you are wanting peace and quiet and to totally relax this is the place to go. We will definitely be going back.
Perfect, relaxing short break. Everything could possibly need has been catered for here. 1010 from us! Will definitely be back
Robert
The cottage was lovely and the decor and cleanliness to high standard. Two things however that are shown in the marketing photos..are one the quality of the welcome pack shown, ours did not reflect this unfortunately. Two was the Aga cooker our intention was to use this and im sure others might be attracted to using it as it is a feature and facilty advertised, but it was not switched on. Apart from those two thing we had a great break it was very comfortable and relaxing.
Angela
Beautiful cottage. Quiet location . Plenty to do around the surrounding area. Hot tub added bonus. Owner Sioned was there to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend
Jessica
Absolutely stunning cottage in every way. The views were fabulous. The cleanliness was second to none and host was so welcoming. The facilities at the cottage were great and we loved the hot tub
Andrea
We had a lovely holiday at Hen Felin and would highly recommend it
We had a lovely stay at Hen Felin, the cottage was extremely clean and spacious. Sioned was brilliant and couldnt have been more helpful. We will be back for another stay! Hot tub was lovely and the gifted Prosecco went down very well.
Lovely stay with my girlfriend, never wanted to leave!
The property exceeded our expectations. It is so cosy, beautifully and tastefully decorated. The view from the wall to wall glazing in the kitchen diner is fantastic. Our hosts were just lovely and made us very welcome.
Perfect little hideaway, very clean and well managed, hot tub was just lovely to relax in of an evening and watch the stars! I would point out that there possibly could be somewhere outside to put your towels and shoes maybe a little wooden shed you could dry off before going back in to shower that's more of an observation not a complaint, other than that it was perfect!! Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.
What a fantastic place to stay, nice and quiet in the middle of nowhere. Sioned the owner welcomed us the first afternoon we arrived, just to check all was in order, and in order it was. This place has everything you need, a real home from home feel. Hot tub was great and we spent a good few hours over the weekend in it, looking at the night sky. we will definitely back. Thank you.
You could not wish to stay in a more beautiful holiday home than Hen Felin, we were made to feel at home from the minute we arrived. Sioned was very welcoming. We have enjoyed a fantastic week at the cottage, which has everything you could possibly wish for including some much needed peace and quiet in the beautiful, scenic countryside. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub which was a lovely welcome treat after a day of exploring. There are so many beautiful places to explore and visit, there is something for everyone. Thank you Sioned for such a fantastic week.
