We had a wonderful stay at Ty'n y Cae. The host Pam was great at sending recommendations and giving any advice. The house is perfect, gorgeously furnished and has everything needed. The beds are all insanely comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for hosting larger groups. Even in a very rainy & stormy January we had the best time! Great location and there is a 10km alltrails walk just down the road which is stunning. Would love to stay again!
Beautiful house and location. Lovely owner, very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday, and will book again. Personal touches were very obvious and welcoming. Thanks for a fab holiday and Christmas, the real tree was a beautiful and unexpected touch xx

We had such a lovely stay. The house is laid out well for larger family groups with generous room sizes and four bathrooms. So many thoughtful touches like soap in the bathroom and a lovely welcome hamper. There are loads of varied activities to do nearby we climbed Snowdon, went to the zoo, went to the beach and pier, climbed the Great Orme and visited Conwy Castle and Bodnant Gardens. We visited the local pub for a drink and even got to use the hot tub. Highly recommended.

First Class in all areas.

We had a great family holiday staying in Ty'n y Cae. There were so many things to do and see in the local area, and the cottage was a perfect place to stay. It was very spacious and well equipped, with lovely views of the valley.
Beautiful house. The pictures dont do it justice. Lots of space and an amazing kitchen I was looking forward to pond dipping but that was not to be
Extremely well equipped property. Worked really well sleeping wise for 3 families. The owner was in touch constantly and fixed any minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Snowdonia area.
A really lovely place to stay in a wonderful location, T'yn y Cae felt more like a 'home from home' than a holiday rental. Pam was very helpful and accommodating and the kitchen treats on arrival were a lovely touch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful inside and out well furnished, clean and comfortable a home from home. The kitchen was really well equipped for all our cooking needs. The views down the valley were perfect and the hot tub was a bonus. There is plenty to do in the area and we enjoyed cycling, walking and exploring the towns and villages around. We loved Bodnant Gardens and the circular walk to Aber Falls in particular. Pam was a perfect host as she was friendly, generous and attentive. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.
Stunning, spacious, character house with lovey grounds and glorious views. Tastfully furnished and spotlessly clean. Perfect for large gatherings of family and friends. Very well equipped with a lovely cosy, homely feeling. Surrounded by spectacular countryside and beautiful walks. Pub and shop nearby too. Host Pam was super helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with. Loved this place.

This place was amazing and better than the photos. Every room was very spacious! We had everything you could think of in the the kitchen. The wood burning hot tub was a great experience and didn't take too long to heat up! Also the views were lovely! We would love to stay again!
Had a few days away staying at Tyn a Cae with friends. We were blessed with superb weather and were able to spend time walking in the surrounding area as well as relaxing in the garden. The garden itself is beautiful lovely views and well laid out with separate areas, lots of seating and colourful flowers and shrubs. It was also very peaceful. Inside, the property did not disappoint. Spacious and, again, with some superb views. The kitchen particularly deserves mention as it is not only a great socialising hub with everything you need in multiple quantities but the equipment supplied was also of excellent quality. All who stayed had a great time and would heartily recommend.
Georgia
Absolutely fantastic property. We all said as soon as we arrived that the photos online do not do it justice. Wonderful garden area and hot tub. Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Pam couldnt have been more helpful. Well be back!
Alexandra
An excellent property with plenty of space for the family. We felt at home as soon as we arrived with the beautiful views and idyllic country location. The house was warm and cosy and offered great facilities with a cute local pub just a short walk away. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, bedrooms were generously sized and plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The owner Pam was very welcoming we'll definitely be coming back.
Amazing home, really well stocked kitchen utensils, crockery et al. Comfortable beds, and plenty of comfortable sofas with a log burner in the drawing room to relax. There were 9 of us, 5 children and there was plenty to explore outside for them, they loved the hot tub! Our hosts were lovely and really friendly. This is one of the best places we have stayed and our cousins from Denmark were so impressed with the cozy home! We will definitely recommend it and we will be back to stay.

Very welcoming host. There was 8 of us, and plenty of space to chill and relax. House sits on the outskirts of the main village with far reaching views down the Conwy valley. Quiet and peaceful but near pubs and a local shop. Accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. Welcome pack was very tasty and loads of information on things to do locally. Easy access to many walks, we opted for the waterfall footpath and the drovers path which was a scenic feast. Then back to the garden for a hot tub. All the guests enjoyed the character and spacious rooms. Lovely stay in the beautiful Conwy valley. The host recommended a few places locally to eat Sunday dinner. We opted for Y Bedol which was an easy 10 minutes walk and the best gravy . A great place to base yourself for a visit to this beautiful area.
Beautiful house and exceptional host in Pam
This is a very pleasent property with a beautiful outlook. Full advantage was taken of the hot tub inspite of November weather. The kitchen is large and well equipped, though the freezer was a bit on the small side, even for a party of only 6. The top floor rooms have very low doors giving rise to bumped heads they could do with a bit of foam packing. Externally the property is beginning to need some attention to smarten it up, and the drive would not be passable in frosty weather. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
Absolutely fantastic few days. Pam was so helpful. Will definitely be back!

Stayed for a week for my 60th birthday with a party of 10. The cottage was superbly appointed and the welcome package was much appreciated. Its a perfect base and very spacious. The wood fired hot tub heats up quickly and is easy to light and use. Pam is lovely and friendly and a window breakage did not change this in the slightest. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
We spent a long weekend at Ty'n y cae recently and it was a perfect venue for our family gathering. Pam was a brilliant host, providing us with invaluable information about the local area and places to visit. All rooms were clean on arrival and the kitchen was a particular favourite with the large family table and well stocked cupboards, including a lovely welcoming basket of food and drinks. The garden had plenty of areas to sit and view the stunning landscape around the house. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay and will definitely be planning our next visit soon.

The property is a real family home, with all the comforts and extras of a home as opposed to a boutique hotel too pristine for relaxing and comfort, especially with children ! It was great to have all the fridge and stock cupboard basics. Important as we were cooking and eating in due to ages of the children . great kitchen for eating in We soon got used to the eco hot tub and appointed one of our group to be on hot tub lighting cleaning duty another on living room fire stoking . we didnt have great weather ! The bedroom arrangements were very flexible and would be therefore good for a wide range of groupings. Pam was very responsive to texts and popped in to check all was well much appreciated. The outside bbq eating area also a bonus . Its a beautiful area with loads to do .

Everything about this property was wonderful the house itself, the beautiful surroundings and the owner, Pam, whose kindnesses and warmth were above and beyond! We had a most amazing family holiday!
Extreemly comfortableclean property in a stunning setting. Our family of 10 felt immediately at home with plenty of room for young and old to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked with quality crockery and cooking equipment. Lovely welcoming phone call from Pam on arrival and a beautiful welcome tray with quality Welsh products. On realising our grandchildren enjoyed basketball Pam promptly had a new basketball stand delivered the next day! Above and beyond expectations! Beautiful area with plenty to do and see for all ages. Tyn y Cae is a beautiful house, extremely comfortable and Pam, the owner, has thought of everything. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back again. I would highly recommend the house.

We had a lovely break at Tyn y Cae, the property is in beautiful surroundings with fabulous views. Very spacious and clean with everything you need. Pam kept in touch and left a lovely hamper for when we arrived. Plenty of parking & only 10 15 mins drive to Conwy.
Thank you so much to Pam you were the perfect host. Excellent communication and nothing was too much trouble. We had the absolute best family holiday in your beautiful house. So well equipped and plenty of space for relaxing. All of the family commented on the beds they were so comfy! Stunning views from the house and such a beautiful part of the world to explore too. We would love to return.
Fantastic and beautiful property, superbly equipped with everything we needed! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Will be returning very soon. Diolch yn fawr!
Samantha
This is a beautiful house and we had a really lovely stay. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you could possibly need. Pam was there to meet us and it was lovely to get settled in and get the fire going. Champagne glasses were laid out ready along with a selection of lovely treats that Pam left for us. I booked the house for my 50th birthday celebrations and being in December I don't get the benefit of lovely warm days for parties but staying here totally made up for that. The house was ideal for a group of 9 adults, lots of space, beautiful rooms to get together, I couldn't have asked for more. My birthday weekend was lovely and your house very much contributed to our enjoyment. We will definitely book again if you will have us? Thank you
The house and location is beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and filled with lovely little touches. There was plenty of games and books to choose from which made the stay extra fun. Pam the owner was lovely and very accommodating and considerate as we had small children with us. North Wales is truly stunning and we will be visiting again very soon. Can not recommend this lovely place enough. Diolch yn fawr eto Pam.

It would've been good to have had details about the hot tub. The wood was wet and it was impossible to keep it alight and warm up over a weekend. It wasn't a major issue but some info upfront would've helped manage expectations. We also thought the photos didn't do the house justice! It was bigger and nicer than we thought! We would've loved some extra toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and perhaps some shower gel. But overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you!
Wonderful and well appointed house. Much better stocked with dishes and cooking equipment than any place I have stayed before. Pam was extremely helpful and welcoming. Would love to go back.
Title Just Perfect What can we say. The most gorgeous house in the most gorgeous setting. Wonderful views all around. The garden is just amazing, fantastic hot tub and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Just the most amazing house to celebrate with friends and family the week before my sister's wedding. Exceptionally clean, very well equipped, the most comfiest of beds. Top quality throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed the zip wire at Penryn Quarry, 40 minutes drive away. Correspondence with Pam was great. She left us a lovely welcome hamper of goodies.Would highly recommend xx
We absolutely love the property and would love to go back again. The property is very well equipped and comfortable. The host left us a cake and some wine as a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. The location and the garden of the property is just stunning. Communication was great. Would very warmly recommend.
A wonderful property even better than the photos indicated. We had a great time.
Jacqueline
A beautiful property with spectacular views. We had a great 3 night break. The kids especially loved the hot tub. We had a lovely meal at the Ye Old Bull Inn just down the lane and a wonderful afternoon looking around Idlewild Animal Sanctuary Brian was excellent with his knowledge of the animals so thank you again. Also thank you to Pam for letting us stay in your beautiful house.
Esther
What a wonderful property, everything you needed was available. We were a booking of 10 people and the house accommodated us well. The location was great with plenty of beautiful walks on the doorstep and amazing views. The local pub, Ye Old Bull Inn was great too, and just a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant location to the coast and Conwy, including inland areas such as Betwys y Coed etc. We will definately be back! Thank you.
We stayed here as a central location to see friends we hadnt seen for two years due to covid and my gosh it didnt disappoint. It was a beautiful home, with real furniture instead of that uncharacteristic plain furniture you sometimes get in holiday homes that literally made you feel like you just arrived home. It was so clean, so well looked after and presented perfectly on arrival. We were even left a home made hamper full of bread, cakes, biscuits and wine. The hot tub was a wanderful experience and nothing disappointed at all. We met the owner on exit, and she was so friendly and warm hearted. We will definitely stay here again!! Even our kids said they wanted to go back to the holiday home and not home home! We all wanted to move in!
